Friendly and expedient very good service
My husband had an appointment on yesterday at Woolfson Eye Institute, Douglasville location. Sharon, the Receptionist was the first friendly face we encountered! She was happy to answer questions, organized and very personable. Shakish is the sweet lady in the glass office behind the front desk who greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and will efficiently check you out. I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Jenner was extremely helpful and friendly. My cataract surgery went well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
I recommend Woolfson Eye Institute to anyone who is looking to get vision corrective surgery. The level of professionalism, kindness and quality I’ve experienced from consultation, to surgery, to follow up, blew me away and greatly impressed me.
Overall the experience was good. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Jennings was great. I had YAG surgery on both of my eyes. The procedure was quick and painless both times. The only thing I wish was that they were a little more transparent about the pricing. I called a few times before my surgery to find out the price of the procedure. All they would tell me was that my insurance would cover it. Insurance never covers everything 100%.
