Have the appointment scheduled with them. When you try to call the facility a designated customer service answers the phone line. But they never answer. You have to leave messages and I received the message so late. Another very annoying issue for the female clients is the facility at Peachtree parkway is a huge building, ample space but only 1 bathroom for both female and male. In this time and day. I saw Dr. Leff today. He is wonderful, intelligent and witty. He is very straightforward in explaining things. I am very happy to have him to see now that my ophthalmologist has retired. His assistants and the front desk staff were absolutely the best. I have never had a better experience at any medical practice than this one.

I had eye surgery in the hospital. The following week I had to get a recheck visit which should be included in with my surgery bill. I was charged a copay numerous times when I should not had been charged. Im contacting my insurance company and file a complaint. I feel like this practice is out to take as much money as they can from me. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. Im going to go blind getting help. First surgery failed. Then I had second surgery in January. Im going blind from second surgery.
