My father and I have been patients here since last year and Dr. Day really treats well both of us. Every staff is also kind and generous and I am glad to be here continuously for any glaucoma related treatment in further. My father is also one hundred percent satisfied all about this office so I couldn't bear my fingers so that made to write this positive review.
I had eye surgery in the hospital. The following week I had to get a recheck visit which should be included in with my surgery bill. I was charged a copay numerous times when I should not had been charged. Im contacting my insurance company and file a complaint. I feel like this practice is out to take as much money as they can from me. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. Im going to go blind getting help.
Dr Douglas Day, the front desk staff and techs are all helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly and Dr Day has been instrumental in my eye health and preserving my vision. I highly recommend.
There is literally no staff that answers the phones here. I always get transferred to a call center out of state. No manager there ever has returned my phone calls and I have been calling for months!!!!!! Seriously?? Staffing sucks. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
