Have the appointment scheduled with them. When you try to call the facility a designated customer service answers the phone line. But they never answer. You have to leave messages and I received the message so late. Another very annoying issue for the female clients is the facility at Peachtree parkway is a huge building, ample space but only 1 bathroom for both female and male. In this time and day.
