James serviced and fixed our (gas) boiler. His encyclopaedic knowledge was evident from the first conversation when he accurately predicted the fault with the system. He arrived on time, completed the work with the minimum of fuss and offered excellent value despite you having to dismantle the entire unit to flush the rear pipes . An excellent experience from start to finish. There’s not a single thing in the whole process that I could suggest improvement on.
