An additional review (Jan '26): Excellent service from Woolf Plumbing. Caelum fixed a burst pipe under the floor and installed a pressure reduction valve with minimal disruption. He was always on time, communicated clearly throughout, worked quietly, and left the area spotless. Professional, reliable, trustworthy, and easy to deal with. Craig is helping to fix our problem with a leaking pipe in the toilet water supply which has caused a part of our bedroom carpet to become wet. He explained what the problem is very well and and put a stop tap in the ceiling so that the next stage can be fixed after the insurance reps have viewed the situation. Henry the plumber/technician was EXCELLENT!! On time, neat, tidy, professional, did an amazing job in only half hour, installed toilet cistern kit & isolation valve/tap! If I was to pick anything negative, my only comment would be, price was eye watering but I guess you pay premium price for a premium service!? Yes I highly recommend WOOLF Plumbing & Gas & would use them/Henry again! Rick J
