We got married May of 2026 at the Woolen Mill. Incredibly gorgeous venue. The fact that the ceremony hall is connected to the reception area is such a boon. The food was good/great, especially given the price compared to other venues in the Northern Virgina area. Wheelchair accessible as well which was what we were looking for due to grandparents in electric wheelchairs. Wonderful rustic, warehouse wedding reception or party location with a rooftop. People were friendly. Food was good. Great place.
I was thinking I was not going to let it bother me but I just have to say something. The reception part was amazing. Food was great & staff was very friendly. I give it a 3 star because of the coordinator (Jackie). She never gave my daughter instructions on handing the bouquet over to her maid of honor. Bride got photos holding her bouquet & trying to put the ring on her groom. She never mentioned ahead of time that bride had to be ready for photo with her father for the reveal.
