My husband is scheduled for emergency eye surgery and required an EKG. The receptionist greeting us first commented that we were early for the appointment. She was abrupt, unkind and determined to follow her schedule. The doctors were professional and understood the fear and pain my husband was suffering from the loss of his sight.
