Sent via HomeServe to trace and sort an ongoing leak, we just had the crack A++ team from Woolco come and sort it out. Kev, Dave and Paul were absolutely brilliant! Polite, professional and hard working - they did a fantastic neat job - which involved a lot of digging, new piping installed and everything was left looking very good. They went above and beyond and are a credit to Woolco. Definitely recommend and once again thank you for doing such a good job.

The guy who looks like a handsome version of Caesar Milan is an absolute hero! We've had problems with our walk-in shower not draining for months any fixed it within 30 minutes. We acrually had a different guy out a week previously and within a day it wasn't draining again! Well this lovely guy from Woolco did everything he could to make sure that we wouldn't have a problem again, he explained a lot of the reasons why are issues were happening, suggested ways to fix this, answered all my questions and was extremely honest wh... read more

Really bad experience. First plumber said two noisy bathroom taps = 2 jobs. Would only change one. Left with two mismatched taps. Bear in mind I’m paying Homserve £400 per year just for insurance. They apologised and sent someone else from same company to do the other tap. He arrived and said he wouldn’t do it as it was no longer noisy. Had to get homserve to speak to him and tell him twice to do the job all while he was waiting. Took much longer than needed and quite intimidating to have to do that. OMG where do I start. This company came out via Homeserve. I had a Leek in inlet pipe to kitchen under the sink which was in a separate pipe. They came out within 24 hours which I thought was promising. He said I can't do that as its a different department and very unhelpful and rude. Waited in next day and no one turned up. Day three turned up at 3.30pm and said I can't do anything as your kitchen floor has to be brocken away and the tiles are asbestos, he put a plastic bag over the pipe to stop the spray what lasted 5 mins... read more
