I hired Woolard Legal to review a 13 page lease agreement that I use for my rental property. I was pretty confident it was bullet-proof, as I had spent a LOT of time on perfecting it over the years. But, I figured a professional review couldn't hurt since mistakes can be costly. Despite my confidence, he was quick to find a couple big issues, and equally quick to offer detailed fixes. The work was done ahead of schedule and in a very fair and cost-effective manner. Highly recommended!
