The experience I had recently with Dr Neville-Smith was a highlight. She took my concerns seriously and gave me multiple options for moving forward, as well as sending helpful links for external resources 10/10
Wonderful medical and support staff, nothing is too much trouble. Receptionist in particular took time to speak to me after I lost my Mum, very caring. Very efficient service across the board including pharmacy. Thank you !!
I did not think this surgery could get any worse but it has. An absolute shower, no one knows what is going on and this new online system is a joke. Lots of very old people in this village, how are they supposed to make an appointment? Look at your reviews- can’t you see something must be wrong.
Awful. You can never get an appointment. Was offered a phone appointment for a rash on my 9 month old (at the time) baby. We’re trapped having to use here due to catchment area. I’ve lived in Wool all my life and it’s never been as bad as it is now. No wonder people are flooding A&E for minor issues.
Awful! For an 'emergency' appt you have to complete a triage form online which states 'in busy periods can take 2 days' How donyou expect eldery to complete this form? Anyway, I called the surgery to explain my child has brittle Asthma, his sats are 94, to be told 'you have to complete an online triage form' no exceptions!.. They rely heavily on 111 service! Worse thing about moving to Dorset is this GP surgery, we haven't another option as others have a 'catchment area'
