I had a wool rug that had been in my family for years, but it had become damaged due to a tear. I was worried that the damage was irreparable, but Wool Rug & Carpet Cleaning was able to repair the rug and make it look as good as new. They provided me with excellent customer service and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I would definitely use their wool rug repair services again in the future.

They just cleaned it and gave me a new mat. It came out looking great, better than I expected. Also, they disposed of another rug that was beyond repair and did not charge anything. Thanks Wool Rug & Carpet Cleaning!
