My experience at Wool has been less than exemplary. The sales associate made several errors during ordering of very high priced (many thousands) Hansgrohe appliances. To add insult to injury, I was made to feel as if it was somehow my fault. Some of the items never arrived, and there was very poor communication regarding the eventual arrival waiting more than six weeks at times. Waited 4 months for 2 Kohler faucets, finally came in and 1 was scratched. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They said “we will call Kohler and see if we can get them to send a new one” they couldn’t even be bothered, helping me to open the boxes to inspect everything when I came to pick it up. The parts person just sat there, barely spoke a word to me. I realize I’m just a single customer spending $1800 compared to their contractor to spend a lot more but I will never spend another dime here!

I ordered with my sales woman Teresa 2 Delta touch activated faucets in luxe gold in the hefty price of $1800+. When they arrived they were in the incorrect finish and would take 6-8 wks for replacements as they were “on back order”. I couldn’t wait 2 months without a sink faucet and told them to return them and issue me a refund, they only refunded us $1600+ which took a full month to receive on my Visa.
