Another location of Wool that couldn’t understand what a Parts Department is. Was forwarded here by another Wool location for a part they had in stock, only then to learn they cant sell to the public…. Yacht owners, engineers, and Captains… go elsewhere. They don’t want us.
I spoke with Larry from Wool Plumbing Supply, the wholesaler responsible for handling the warranty exchange for my Rheem water heater. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. Even though my water heater is still under warranty and Rheem approved the replacement, Wool Plumbing Supply refused to assist me directly because I am an end consumer. The place is small but the truck enters well, if you are professional cdl you do it well, fast unloading and the very friendly people offer you bath, water or coffee thank you
Muy mala experiencia fui a entregar un delivery llegue 2 horas antes y me dejaron en la calle a mi propio riesgo luego me entraron tuve q subir por encima d contenes porq no hay suficiente espacio para 53 ft y muy poco espacio para girar en u el parqueo súper incomodo camiones en el medio arboles con ramas baja en fin un dolor de cabeza luego no empezaron a la hora de el apoiment y tardaron muchísimo en descargar no recomiendo q vengan a este lugar
