I absolutely love this place !!!!! Will never go anywhere else every person working yesterday evening was amazing. Tank can be a nervous wreck but felt right at home. Can’t wait for his next bath in 5 weeks :) tank also enjoyed his filled bone from there Thank you Ladies !!!!!

Took my papered pooch for his first ever haircut at 7 months. He was one shaggy Goldendoodle He LOVED it. First time on a table And first full groom Bri was fantastic and he looks forward to coming back he can be shy around new people but he responded I recommend Bri for the great doodle cut he received
I have recently moved to DC and just gone and checked out two locations nearby and it has show me how absolutely lucky each person in Waterford is. From the fantastic staff, to the incomparable groomers, the selection of foods, and the absolutely stunning array of treats (which blows other locations out of the water) Enjoy your time with the Waterford lakes location/staff. Give them a good thanks from me and ha e your pups get. Treat from the table since my pup can’t. Lol 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Mallory is THE BEST groomer. Our dog always looks top notch, happy, and calm when we pick him up.Mallory is able to provide advice to us on what cut to get that will make our dog look his best for the time of year. Everyone at the store is so nice and helpful. We would recommend to anyone.
