Tammy is an excellent groomer! Would highly recommend her and the store.
My doh was groomed some place further so I tried this place closer to home. Thru told me it would be 2 hours. At 2 hours they just started. 3 hours it tool & they charged me for a facial that my doh never got . This 2nd time all dogs got a written welcome but my dog. They charged me $20 extra I was told because he was bad. I never saw a problem. Did they look up my political party & treat me poorly?
phenomenal service from start to finish; couldn’t be more thrilled that i finally found a groomer like this who gave such a professional experience to me and my little guy. he can be pretty unruly at grooming appointments, and I could tell he was treated with care and was managed well just from his demeanor after the appointment.
This was Roscoe’s 1st official grooming and he looks amazing with no signs of Stress !
