Megan is a very terrible groomer. Do not trust her with your dog!!
Haven’t had much success with our prior attempts to get our Akita groomed. He doesn’t like getting his nails trimmed or long baths or brushing. He takes a long time to bathe and brush. I took him here after calling and discussing this and I was surprised after an hour I hadn’t received a call saying to come get him. About an hour and 45 minutes passed and I got a call saying he was done. When I showed up to pick him up he hadn’t looked this clean since he was a puppy. I’m very happy with the service and results.
I have 15 year old dog, and couldn't be with her while Megan cut her nails, I asked her to stop using the grinding tool, the woman behind the counter even asked her to stop. And she wouldnt stop. My dog left scared and shaking. Unprofessional service. To do that to a older dog is ashame, they dont care about customers or their pets. I would nevere leave a dog alone with these people. I expected a more professional service in Wexford.
