Very disappointed with Woofgang Grooming. I’ve taken my dog there at least four times for nail trims, and they’ve always allowed me to go back and hold her since she’s timid and nervous. This time, they suddenly claimed it was “against policy” and tried to take her back forcefully — exactly why I’ve always gone with her in the past. When I explained that this had never been an issue before, the staff acted like they had never seen me and were extremely rude about it. Took our fearful and shy rescue to be groomed and she was taken such great care of. Groomer was patient, kind and just lovely.
Would recommend to anyone in the wexford area! We had a really bad experience with really unprofessional groomer's in the past and I didn't want to put my baby through that experience again. His fur has never felt softer and he smells so much better.
Had a great first experience here! They treated our Siberian Husky with amazing care. He came out looking great!
