I’ve been going to Woof Gang Grooming for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is always nice and welcoming. Enrique, my dogs groomer, does a fantastic job every time. Finding someone skilled in poodle cuts can be challenging, but Enrique nails it perfectly—I have no complaints. Highly recommend!
This is my second negative experience with this location so I’m choosing to rate based on the resolution to these issues. My pup ended up with knicks/minor cuts and extremely irritated skin after her haircut. I called in to discuss and heard back from a manager 2 days later. Fabi did offer an Oatmeal bath for irritated skin however, my dog was physically hurt this time so I believe that some kind of refund or discount should’ve been offered as we’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now and have now wasted money... read more
