I have never left a 1 star review but I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Woof Gang of Westchase. I have had my dog groomed at the Dunedin Woof Gang location and can highly recommend them but I moved further from them and wanted to try out the Westchase location. After picking up my dog Duke from his grooming appointment, the groomer casually mentioned that she was unable to fully dry his rear end and that it was still wet. What an amazing place and people! I found this place around 4 months ago, and I won’t change it any time soon. I use to bring my shih-tzu to Petsmart, and I noticed that her hair was not good at all. It was all choppy and some areas were shorter than others, so I decided to look for a better place. That’s when I found Woof Gang Westchase. Her first appointment I saw immediate change!
