2nd visiting for grooming and everything was great!
They waited until I was supposed to pick my dog up for grooming to tell me she was a “Hairy beast” and they would charge more. They hadn’t even started grooming her! Couldn’t they tell me this when I dropped her off? Even tho they are close, I am never taking my dog there again. It was soooo disappointing.
This was my first visit and they were very kind and great with my fur baby! He looked so handsome! I would recommend them to anyone.
Had a wonderful experience with groomer Jen today! Lily came out beautiful and happy!
