Terrible experience- Groomer Shakima was in a rush to leave and butchered my Cavapoo with a cut and open wound on his leg! Cut hair too close leaving my dog with irritated skin and traumatized. Never reported to me until I noticed myself at pickup! Never again!
It was my puppies first experience getting groomed. The store was clean and very quiet perfect for a first time visit. Maisie was bathe, trimmed and freshened up and looked adorable when finished.
Excellent attentive and professional service. Feel very safe leaving my dog with Woofgang!
