I am very disappointed that I am having to leave this review. My wife has been a long time customer of this location and has had wonderful experiences up until the last few visits. I had taken her previous experiences into account and decided to take my White GSD here to try out a new groomer. I was very hesitant to make this switch due to the fact that my 80lb wolf is the biggest baby in the world and very difficult to deal with.
