When asking for assurance they could groom my dog and protect her back legs from injury the woman at the front desk stated the previous groomer(another grooming place) did not hurt my dogs back legs even though my dog was not limping prior to her grooming and was when she came home and continues to limp 3 months afterwards. She then said the problem with my dog is she is just old and I am lucky she can even stand. I walked out!

When I dropped my dog off, the heavy set lady in the front was mad because someone got double booked. I tried to ignore it. However When I picked my dog up, the cut was wrong. I told her he was suppose to have a teddy bear cut, she then said that his cut was correct. I've had my dog for 5.5 years and have ALWAYS said teddy bear cut.
