10 out of 10 experience!!!!! I have a mini Aussie and she gets very nervous and scared with a lot of noise especially in the grooming environment. I came and first saw the groomer Roxy and she was wonderful!!!! I expressed my concerns and she was able to give the best advice for my girl Zena, which was to come back on Sunday to have Ms. Erika groom her as to she has more experience with the type of dog and how Zena is. This was Rusty’s first visit to this location and he left with the best grooming experience of his life! He’s gone from ordinary to boujee in the flash of an eye. Roxy did an amazing job and took the time to talk about every detail of his grooming. She knows her stuff! Rusty + Roxy = a beautiful thing!
Blown away at the hospitality and knowledge. Ryan the nutritionist, based out of the Panther Creek Woof Gang, has made a HUGE impact on the skin, coat and digestive health for my rescue pup Trooper. He spent meaningful time with us, walking me through options, medicated food, amino acid breakdown..... I might very well be saving $1000/yr on vet bills and allergy medicine after his recommendations. It's been a month and we have little to no allergic symptoms!
