Excellent service, I love how they treat my dog!!
I am so fortunate to have this place so close to home. I bring my four legged family member every three weeks and staff always treats her with kindness and professionalism. My dog is really skittish and nervous and there are times when she even comes in on her own accord, which is pretty amazing! that reflects how good she gets treated by staff. Thank u!!! 🐾 🐶💝
I had a very disappointing experience at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming The Woodlands. I brought my dog in for grooming, and they claimed he had severe matting in his coat. In reality, he did not. It felt like this was simply an excuse to avoid providing the service. Based on this experience, I don’t believe they have the skills or confidence to groom large breeds that require more detailed, professional work. The customer service was equally disappointing. Oh my gosh this store is so amazing! They have such cute puppy treats and toys so I can take care of my fur babies. Everyone was so nice to me ROXIE, LILY, and that new girl ALISE is absolutely wonderful. Talk about a breath of fresh air.
They store was very clean and the groomers were very professional and detailed about explaining how I can take care of my pets. Roxie, Emily, Austin and Tiffany made my experience here very pleasant!
