Took our 11 month old there today- we called ahead to let them know he is a very anxious dog they listened and said they would love to help him and would make sure he was comfortable. The groomer called us within 5 minutes and said he had expressed his anal glands and was not comfortable bathing him- they gave him back to us smelly and never even bothered to clean him AT ALL! VERY DISSAPOINTED in getting NO SERVICE whatsover and getting our baby back super smelly! They did refund our money but that is not the point we were v... read more
Woof Gang is the best groomer in the area! Our doodle loves the friendly staff, and we love how great she looks when we pick her up! Even when she’s got a few matted areas, they never pressure us to shave her (like many others in Frisco). are super flexible about pickup time. We will be customers for life!
This is my go to place for my Pomeranian. Roxy also does a wonderful job. Love my dog’s new hairstyle!
I’ve been searching for the right groomers ever since moving to Frisco, and I’m so happy to say I’ve finally found the perfect spot! Roxy and Gisselle took excellent care of my furbabies. My pups looked and smelled amazing, and I could tell they were comfortable and happy after their visit. It’s such a relief to find groomers I can trust. Highly recommend!
