Daren was wonderful with my nervous dogpound chihuahua Best toenail trimming she’s ever had
We had a real bummer experience with the staff on December 7th-it's unfortunate because we've been taking our dog there for nearly a year. I asked that the owner call me so we could talk about it, but it's been 12 days and I haven't heard from anyone. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to Woof Gang Stone Oak.

UPDATE: Just saw the video... The owner pays for vet bill and said she would for any vets follow up if needed. The owner and groomer apologized many times. The groomer’s table is all the way back and i didn’t see her face and i didn’t see my dog’s face on the video. The video was not edited. But her hands did not strangled my puppy...
