10/10 they were very communicative, patient, and the quality is exactly as I wanted. My dog came out adorable! And there were no “problem spots” which usually would happen with rowdy dogs.

Horrible experience. Walked in and I said hello. Which should have been the other way around but was greeted only because I said hello. Asked about a dog cake and attendee wasnt much help at all. She pointed at the cakes and that’s it. Asked about what the ingredients of the cake were, she told me the list was on the box. Pretty unprofessional to not know your product you’re selling. This buisness diserves a zero but, since it doesnt allow me. Today I visited Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming on Spring Stuebner to purchase a birthday cake for my dog, Donatella, who is celebrating her first birthday. What should have been a happy experience turned into one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing customer service encounters I’ve had.
