Our first visit here and leaving with another appointment already scheduled for the next time. Shaniqua was fantastic and we knew upon the first hello our pup would be treated well with lots of TLC. I didn’t catch the gals name up front but she was equally fabulous and the vibes here are 10/10.
I am very disappointed with my experience here and will not be returning. I specifically requested that my dog’s paws be done in the “Teddy dog” style, and the groomer agreed. However, the result was completely different. Despite confirming the pickup time in advance and asking to be notified 30 minutes before, their communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. I went in today to get my dog a birthday treat and the employee was SO nice! She gave me a birthday candle and a cute bandana for my girl’s birthday. Excellent service!
We have been taking our Shih-Poo in for grooming and have had nothing but positive experiences with. The groomer Shaniqua had always been professional, attentive, and clearly cares about the animals they work with. She took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure my little one was comfortable throughout. I definitely recommend this groomer to anyone looking for quality, reliable pet care. I’ll be coming back again!
My fiance took my pomeranian in asked for a tight cut/teddy cut but they didn't know what that was, then proceeded to say his hair is damaged and need us to sign a waiver. So I told them just to forget it so she convinced me to do the face, feet and fanny trim so I agreed. 1st she told me 70.00 so I checked the website and its considered a mini groom for 55.00 so called back and confirmed that its a mini groom for 55.00.
