All the groomers always a amazing job and the costumer service is grate I admire the way the put hard work in to grooming and organizing their shelfs
I don’t usually write reviews, but our recent experience at WoofGang Bakery & Grooming in Sienna made it necessary. My mom brought our dog in, and while she may not have thought the experience was “bad enough” to speak up at the time, when she came home and told me about it, I couldn’t just let it go. We’ve taken our dog to other grooming places before and have never had issues like this. The woman at the front desk—an older/middle-aged Black woman—wasn’t the nicest.
