The groomers are really good. Everything else is not. My dog had a 830am appointment. He was there for 5 hours. I had to call and ask for an update. The receptionist Amanda claimed he just finished and she was going to call me. I asked why my dog was there for 5 hours. First. she said she tried calling but the phone rang once before going to voicemail. I asked why she didn't leave a voicemail. She couldn't respond. They did a great job with my dog. He is a XL large dog with some dog aggression. They made sure to go slow and create a comfortable environment for him. They double booked an earlier appointment so my dog had to wait in the cage for about 2 hours. I didn’t mind for this occasion. Luckily, my dog didn’t have any anxiety while he was there per the staff. The service took about an hour for a bath and deshedding. They didn’t cut his nails since he is finicky. They have everything your pet wants to eat and the store is set up so nice and super clean! Highly recommend!
