We love the Woof Gang Plaza Midwood location, especially our groomer Sierra. We’ve followed her for years and both we and our dog Boomer love her. The shop is always clean with a great staff. Thanks for taking such good care of Boomer!
This place used to be great. Always friendly, great communication, and good results. The last few visits have been sub-standard. They keep rescheduling the day of our appointments with no concessions, but charged us $20 for picking up our dog a minute past the hour. We were notified at 10:56am to pick up our dog “within the hour”, showed up at 12:01, charged us $20. Also, last visit, my dog limped around for about 24 hours. Love Woof Gang and my baby’s groomer, Sierra! Always does a beautiful job and makes my fur-baby look so handsome and comfortable especially now that he’s lost his eye sight from diabetes. I know I can leave him there in confidence that he is in good hands.
