Was 15m late for an appt as we got lost on the way here. We are new to the area. The lady at the front desk and apparently the groomer said "You're late". I was stunned. Who knows if our grooming would have even been started if we were on time. But they proceeded to tell us they would be happy to reschedule but they would charge us the late fee. There are a million groomers around here so I am sure I can find a place that treats their customers with more respect than this upscale place.
My dog came back from grooming with a substantial abrasion on his tail. I called the next day and they said that he must have done it to himself and maybe he was irritated by the shampoo. We took him back to the groomer who now says that it is a pre-existing condition, "scabby tail" that we had never seen before, that the vet never noticed and that they didn't bother to mention at the time.
My pup, Sophie has been here 2x. The staff are all wonderful and helpul. The site itself is very very clean . Alejandra first assessed Sophie and suggested what she needed. She is very loving and really took care in how she spoke with Sophie and handled her . The results were AMAZING !
