I took my dog for a full groom service, since I arrived the lady on the front desk was rude, my dog tends to move a lot and she said that I could be charged a handling fee which I responded let me know in advance, she called after 10 min to tell me will be a handling fee and I asked her not to do anything that I will pick my dog, despite that, they went ahead and gave her a bath without my permission and then try to charge me $40 usd, it quickly became clear that they don’t have the experience or patience to handle dogs who ... read more

Th staff is very friendly and they do a great job on my Maltese. She leaves the place so fluffy and white she looks like a big cotton ball with paws.
This is a cute little dog / pet grooming spot with some very tasty treats for your fur baby. I have an older dog with very bad allergies and sheds a lot . We got the bath and de shedding treatment. Omg what an incredible difference . Great services and well priced. The staff was the best friendly efficient and made sure both my pet and I were at ease.
