$150 for a 4lb dog grooming that turned out terrible. First time customer, will absolutely never return, surprised this place was so highly recommended. If you look at recent reviews it looks like I'm not the only unhappy one. Pricing is deceptive, up-charges are hidden (how much is the hypoallergenic shampoo? Benji always looks amazing after his grooming appointments! She does a wonderful job, pays attention to detail, and is so patient and caring with him. The best part is that Benji loves her and is always happy to see her. Highly recommend! Looking at that photo, Benji is rocking his fresh groom—he looks handsome, happy, and very proud of himself!
Enrique groomed our small dog for the first time today and gave her the best cut she’s ever had! Highly recommend!
