I have to preface this with the fact that I’ve been to this location before and always had a great experience. However this last time was awful and I won’t return. We brought my golden there for a last minute booking (which we were so grateful about that they were able to get us in, and the receptionist was phenomenal , both on the phone and in person so this had nothing to do with her!). Horrible experience! My Westie now looks like a Chihuahua! My request this time was for a shorter cut (because last time it was left too long), but I specifically said “don’t shave her.” YOU SHAVED OFF ALL HER HAIR and, adding insult to injury, CHARGED ME $100! I DEMAND A REFUND AND AN APOLOGY!
