I took my baby girl (a 7 year old dog) to get a nice shorter haircut for the summer. When I went to pick up my dog I almost didn’t recognize her. She looked positively beautiful with an amazing summer cut. I was speechless. I will definitely be taking my dog back to this location and to the new friends I just met. They have a new groomer to add to the list of great groomers there. Call for an appointment for your baby girl or boy and ask who did Skye Evans’ groom recently?!?!?!

We tried a number of times, but it was the worst experience our dogs had. Their nails were never done correctly. She was always overbooked and our dogs had to sit in a cage for hours. The last time we were in, we had an appointment, but the dog sat in the cage for 90 minutes and when we came to Check on them it was gonna be another two hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Have been going to this location for a year for our now 42lb golden doodle. Usually for baths and the ocasional full groom. Have always been charged $55 for a bath and last time I saw it had gone up to $65. Went today for a bath and after 2.5 hours with no call/ text for pickup, I called and asked if he was ready and they said he was. I have to preface this with the fact that I’ve been to this location before and always had a great experience. However this last time was awful and I won’t return. We brought my golden there for a last minute booking (which we were so grateful about that they were able to get us in, and the receptionist was phenomenal , both on the phone and in person so this had nothing to do with her!). Horrible experience! My Westie now looks like a Chihuahua! My request this time was for a shorter cut (because last time it was left too long), but I specifically said “don’t shave her.” YOU SHAVED OFF ALL HER HAIR and, adding insult to injury, CHARGED ME $100! I DEMAND A REFUND AND AN APOLOGY!
