Disappointing shift in care and complete loss of trust I have been a loyal customer here for a year with my 3-year-old Schnauzer, Monti. Our most important requirement—which the previous groomer, Sidney, accommodated perfectly—was that Monti not be caged. Found worm in pet treat
This place is awful, do your dog a favor and go somewhere else. They give you an appointment and leave the dogs in a cage for hours. Today we had an appointment at 130, dropped off and at 330 I called for a status, no answer, I drove there and they told me sometime after 5! They explained the groomer is new and having a bad day and blamed it on a large dog. Front desk is lazy and cocky. I asked for my dogs back and we left. Check out there Yelp and Facebook reviews, not good.
