Disappointed After a Great Experience Elsewhere I’ve had an amazing experience with Maddie, the groomer at the Town Center location, so when I found out this location was closer, I thought, why not give it a try? The front desk girl was polite but didn’t feel very welcoming — she seemed a bit disengaged and was eating both times I came in, which made it feel like just a job to her.
