This place used to be awesome, and Katie is great with Westies, but sadly the management / office staff there is no longer dedicated to customer service and accommodating customers reasonably, and Katie's schedule has changed (no fault of hers, she cannot control the negative change in management) whereby we can't schedule appointments in time-frames that work, so unfortunately we will no longer patronize this establishment. service is horrible!!
We were traveling through the area and stumbled upon this little gem. Our Doberman, Lord Pebblestone III, is normally a bit of a trouble maker. However, he went straight the front desk person, CJ and kept licking her. She was so kind and caring. When we picked him up, he smelled and looked like the royalty he is and now we want to travel back south to visit again!
I took my goldendoodle in for grooming last week and had a really good experience overall. The staff was friendly and took a few minutes to ask about how I like his coat trimmed and if he had any sensitive spots, which I appreciated. When I picked him up, he looked great—clean, fluffy, and neatly trimmed without being too short. They even managed to tidy up around his face without it looking uneven, which has been an issue at other places.
