Amanda the groomer is amazing! And the front desk is extremely helpful! This place never disappoints, I can always trust that my doggos are in good hands!
This place used to be awesome, and Katie is great with Westies, but sadly the management / office staff there is no longer dedicated to customer service and accommodating customers reasonably, and Katie's schedule has changed (no fault of hers, she cannot control the negative change in management) whereby we can't schedule appointments in time-frames that work, so unfortunately we will no longer patronize this establishment.
