Very nice small bakery for puppers. The store also does grooming; Our dog didn’t get groomed but next time we will. The staff is very sweet and helpful. We will be back

I normally don’t post negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. I brought my dog to Woofgangs at Murabella in St. Augustine, FL, and spent over $100 for grooming. Unfortunately, the grooming was poorly done — her private areas were left dirty, as though she hadn’t been properly washed. I’ve tried calling and emailing for two weeks and have not received any response. Mistakes can happen, but customer service matters, and ignoring clients is disappointing. Completely horrified. My wife just brought home our golden doodle from his first (and last) trip here. We brought in pictures of how he should be cut (like every other doodle looks) and they completely messed him up. He looks horrendous. We were assured they knew how to cut doodles but they don’t. Made him look like a mutt. And to top it off it was the most expensive cut he has ever had!!! Can’t believe I paid for this butchering.
