Yesterday my mom came in and called about services to get for her puppy and when she asked certain questions the lady didn’t want to answer her. It was told due to his age, it’s to the groomers discretion if they want to cut his hair or not… which we didn’t find that to be appropriate. She wanted to get his hair and nails trimmed but was told she had to make an appointment. We thought that this was walk-in services AND appointments as well. We walked in when they weren’t busy. I've been bringing my dogs for grooming at WG for years...at both locations, Cane Bay and Moncks Corner. Melanie is amazing and she is so good with my pup, Augie. (my other two have since passed) I'm always satisfied with the results. They're Very customer service oriented which is so important in a time when customer service seems to have waned. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend. P.s. the only after pics i have of Augie but can assure he leaves looking handsome every time!
