When the ownership changed hands, I decided to give WG a second chance but realize now, it was not deserved. I have had a couple appointments w the same groomer and scheduled for today at 11:30. When I hadn’t heard anything at 2 o’clock, I called because usually my dog is done in 90 minutes max. They told me the Groomer had to leave to take care of a personal issue and was behind.
