Woof Gang in Lincoln Hills is such a cute dog bakery and grooming salon. It's so bright and welcoming with its aesthetic and decor. The front staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable with the products offered and with my grooming services questions. They even knew when their soonest availability was for grooming! I got to see how a few of the groomers interacted with the dogs and their owners when they were either dropping them off or picking them up. The front desk staff causes unnecessary drama. I had never experienced any issues with this company before. My husband brought our other dog there, and they falsely claimed that I had unsubscribed and had previous problems with them. In reality, the only reason we stopped taking our other dog there was because they raised their prices. Our departure was respectful and without any conflict — until they started creating issues.
Brought my boy in for a quick nail trim. Got us in and out no appointment needed. Super friendly, we’ll definitely be back.
