Jasmine did so great with Dudley! It was his 1st time getting groomed in Woof Gang. They listened to our requests and did amazing. We will definitely return and become regulars! All the staff were so accommodating and friendly! They also gave us a 15 minutes heads up to pick him up.
If I could give negative stars I would. I had a very frustrating experience with this groomer due to poor communication and inconsistent information. I booked an appointment online and paid the $15 deposit. The day before the appointment, they called to confirm and asked me to bring proof of my dog’s rabies vaccination. I told them my dog had literally just gotten her rabies booster that same day and they said that was perfectly fine — just bring the certificate. The trimmers take special care of your pet and are careful how they handle them. Give lots of love.
I have an old Great Dane, and they are so careful with her. She loves going, and she comes home smelling great with soft fur.
