I made a grooming appt for my 2 dogs a month ago . I went over every detail and specifically ask for express service and was told everything would be done. I called two days out of service and went over everything again with Atlas the receptionist she said everything was set up for them. I get there and was told by Jessica and Bee the groomer that it was not set up as so and Bee was rude about it and refused my service I drive an hour for this appointment. Remy seems to enjoy it here with Brooke and I think he does really well here. He’s still a puppy and easily distracted so not having a lot of people and other dogs around helps to keep him from getting overly excited about his spa time. I am very happy with the service and I do feel it’s a very, very good value for the money.
They took great care of my baby dog! It’s a bit on the pricier side, but worth it. He came out happy and looks great. They have the cutest front with all kinds of treats.
First visit and the pups look great!
Excellent staff, and service! Very welcoming and make the pup look fantastic every time! They don't keep him in the shop longer than necessary.
