The reason for my 3 star review vs 5, is because when I called to schedule my appointment to have my 4.5lbs Teddy poo groomed for the first time, Joelle quoted me $80 for a full groom. They did educate me at the beginning, that depending on how she responded it might be a partial. But they did not tell me the price of the partial. When I got to the register to pay, it rang up for $85. I asked them why it was $85 if we were just doing the partial and she said that was the price.
