Do not take your animal to get groomed here. They are very unprofessional. Two times in a row I had a groom scheduled and they call right before and cancel the groom. The manager only works one or two hours per day so theres never anyone to speak with. It’s not worth the money or the inconvenience.
Groomer was great and the dogs had a great time. Thank you! Love the selection of treats
Front desk is not welcoming. They do not greet you or ask if you need help, and remain behind the counter on their phones.
We took our dog there to get groomed, and he looked okay, but we were charged extra for matting in his fur, which is fine, but as I started petting him, he still had several in his tail, ears, and behind his ears.
