I rarely ever post reviews but it is worth it to warn others. Everything was good until I realized how poorly my dog had been cut. Uneven in so many spots. I tried fixing what I could and cut a pile of fur from her stomach and I'm not done yet. Called to ask for at least a partial refund but have to wait on the manager who's only there once or twice a week. Staff was kind to me but the groomer needs more training.
Was just in the store. Great products, but the young lady at the counter couldn't be bothered to greet us or get off her phone to answer questions. When we arrived at counter to check out she was very rude as well and acted like we were a bother to her.
As a big time dog mom I was SO excited to come in and see what I could get to spoil my babies. It was disappointing to see the lack of customer service, no greeting or a first time welcome. The cashier didn’t seem to be bothered by anyone else walking in, I’m sure whatever was on her phone was more important than being the face of the business. Definitely left not wanting to return.
