There were some mats left in my dog but he had been severely matted so they did a good job, but I told them I’d pay as much as I needed for them to get all the mats out but i still had to take the brush to him later.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my two dogs in and specifically requested that they not be cut shorter than one inch. Unfortunately, when I picked them up, both dogs had been shaved much shorter than requested. Their coats were taken down through their wire hair, which was very upsetting because maintaining that coat type was important to me. One dog’s haircut was also noticeably uneven. I asked for a maltese haircut on my maltipoo. The groomer cut all her face hair short. The ears were uneven and one ear had long uncut clumps. The nails were barely trimmed. I will not return.

I had my 2 Havanese dogs groomed 4/11/26. The groomer (with glasses) has been there 3 to 4 months. She still doesn’t know how to groom a Havenese. Today she added more fees like drumeling the toe nails, charged me an extra $6.00 for bring a few minutes late. 3 girls under the age of 18 got indigent when I asked for a manager. They said there is no manager. I asked for a number to the owner. She gave me a bogus number. *****Don’t take your dogs to this groomer. We previously took our 3 dogs to Woof Gang in Amarillo and they did an outstanding job grooming our babies. The appointment there was 2 hours. This location did the worst job we’ve ever seen and it took over 5 hours. They came home smelling dirty and looking horrendous. Thank goodness I have a pair of clippers and scissors to make some corrections. Thankfully their hair grows quickly and their snouts will grow back as will their neck area. Do not go to this groomer without this warning in mind.
