We brought our dog in to be groomed today and we were not impressed with the service. We asked for a bath/brush with trimming around his butt and sanitary areas & a nail trim. We understand that he doesn’t like having his feet touched, and can understand why that part of the service didn’t get done. But, he was not trimmed like we asked for him to be, and he was still wet when we picked him up. Nice place to shop for you pups lots of treats and fresh water inside.
I’m truly disappointed in the experience that my dog had at this groomer. Her ear was cut and bleeding. Her toenails were bleeding on 1 foot and then they didn’t trim the rest of the toenails. The hair was choppy all over the place. There was a burn mark on her tummy from the razor. The groomer said nothing to me when I picked her up except for that, she was well behaved. I had blood on my shorts and shirt from my sweet girl. I can tell she was not even given a bath. When I got home and called the person working behind the c... read more
