They are very professional, they understand what you are asking for!!! Very clean, very friendly.
After the Pompano location closed we were left with a bit of a situation, having a 13 year old dog with anxiety and having to find a new groomer is challenging. I spoke with the owner and voiced all of my concerns. They were addressed in person too. The groomer was wonderful and my Lani looks fantastic. She was smiling when I picked her up and has been prancing around since! Plus they have delicious treats and other goodies in the store as an after groom reward. Highly recommend!
We are so happy with this salon, the best grooming salon in our area! After a terrible experience at another salon, we brought our Pomeranian, Belle, here, and they did an amazing job. The team knows that each breed needs a special grooming approach, and they took great care of Belle. We’ve been coming back ever since. A big thank you to Rafael for being so kind and gentle with our Belle. She recommends Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming to everyone.
Kind of disappointed in this location. 1) they save all the cards that you pay with into their system without your consent which I find very odd and kind of disrespectful specially because I did not approved that. 2) the reason why I found out about #1 is because I tried to reschedule my appointment for 6/11 because I have a family member in the hospital and I cannot get my dog groomed. Always a great experience! Lisa helped me pick out a new treat for mom dog. They were gentle, quick, and my dog came out happy with perfect nails. Highly recommend!
