They are wonderful with our yorkie…. Very patient with her, she can be feisty!
First time there, went in just to book an appointment and did not expect same day, but they scheduled me in for later in the afternoon! Luna is a 6 year old nervous girl and was very timid in the beginning. I wish I remembered our groomers name she was so kind and professional! The place was clean, I dropped her off for a bath, nail trim, and teeth cleaning. She did an amazing job because Luna came out shiny and happy! Booked a 9am Sunday appointment. Was told they would call the vet to get vaccine records. They never got them. Also they didn’t call me to tell me they had issues obtaining the records. Showed up for the appointment and was turned away without even an offer of another reschedule or a solution.
Over 200 locations, but this location awful! New in the area, been other locations in Florida, but over there doesn’t seem to care for new customers; negative response to create appointments, plus don’t offer other options. Only point charges and cancellation fee, instead describing the service and accommodation ; If that the way treat us, I can’t imagine how they treat our pet kids. Very disappointed.
I have been bringing my dog here for over a year. The groomers listen to what you want done and they handle your dog like it was their own. Haven't had a single issue and my dog is there every 4 to 5 weeks.
