Booked a 9am Sunday appointment. Was told they would call the vet to get vaccine records. They never got them. Also they didn’t call me to tell me they had issues obtaining the records. Showed up for the appointment and was turned away without even an offer of another reschedule or a solution.

Over 200 locations, but this location awful! New in the area, been other locations in Florida, but over there doesn’t seem to care for new customers; negative response to create appointments, plus don’t offer other options. Only point charges and cancellation fee, instead describing the service and accommodation ; If that the way treat us, I can’t imagine how they treat our pet kids. Very disappointed.

I have been bringing my dog here for over a year. The groomers listen to what you want done and they handle your dog like it was their own. Haven't had a single issue and my dog is there every 4 to 5 weeks.

Miscommunication about an appointment we had scheduled resulted in an unexpected fee, even when I showed proof of THEIR mix up. I refused to pay the ridiculous fee and they refused service. REPLY: THIS IS THE RIGHT LOCATION, I am posting from that incident! We had brought our dog, Lucky, plenty of times prior to that incident ritually every few weeks up until then. I wouldn't go to another wolf gang location or your location again. Your policy needs a lot of work.

My two pups Duke and Kobe love their groomer Summer! She does a great job. The front desk staff can vary depending on what time you arrive. The woman working at 130PM on Friday, 4/4 is the one I love interacting with. She's always so pleasant and kind!
