Im a regular customer to woofgang locations in dallas and in sugarland. I always trusted they would do the best job but I was absolutely wrong. They didn't even try making my dog look good. It was rushed . They front desk girl was nice but they tried charging me starting $100 something but quoted 80 for a 15 lb dog. They fixed it and when I picked my dog up he had mats in his toes ears and he was all choppy . I went back in and apparently they had no groomers to fix the mistakes. My pretty puppy got pampered! She lived her spa day an came out smiling am happy! Her favorite treats are the cranberry! Nice staff as well highly recommend
Super clean & easy to get around. A lot of different treats & toys. They also have grooming services, I stopped in just to look as I was walking by. But I will definitely be bringing my puppy in for services.
Very Clean, Cute Decoration, And Overall Sweet Employees!! Definitely would come again!!
Pretty horrible customer service. The lady in the front had her AirPods on the whole time. Didn’t even greet us or asked if we needed any help as we looked around the store. I recommend going to other locations
