They always Treat my Baby Jasper so well.
Was really disappointed the last time I went here. I was told 2-2.5 hours for my dog to be groomed. I hadn’t heard from them after 2.5 hours so I went in and was told only 15 more minutes. When I finally got my dog it was very clear he hadn’t been bathed or really groomed at all. I paid for a full groom and it was clear only his face was trimmed. He still had matts on his tail that I had asked them to cut out and dried dirt and pee on his legs. I ended up having to give him a bath at home.
I’ve taken my elderly dog here twice for grooming, and I’m very happy with the service they provided. They were very nice and sweet to my old dog. The grooming was thorough; my dog smelled beautiful and looked adorable. They take time to consult with you to see what you really want for your dog. The last time I took him, they gave him a free blueberry facial. I recommend this place..
First time and my experience was great! Staff and manager are very nice and welcoming. Also wide selection of healthy treats. Kali can’t wait to come back!
Carlos is so knowledgeable about each breed. The store itself is so warming to the heart and beautiful. I see how he interacts with all of his clients and their animals and it’s the best! We brought our 8 month old Frenchie there for the first time to be groomed and HE LOVED IT! I would not go to another place for my baby!
