I Loved woof gang especially since I previously took my dog to a location in Atlanta. HOWEVER, I am extremely disappointed in this location. I booked my dog's birthday appointment and after being contacted and told his groomer was no longer and employee there and rescheduled, I arrived to my new appointment to a locked and dark facility. No notification about the closing, the cancelling of my appointment, all customer service (and apparently employees) vanished. Had an appointment booked then day of appointment got an email saying they are now closed there could have been more notice

Made 2 appointments online, business charged $30 online scheduling deposit per booking. 24 hours later business closed and has not refunded deposits required to book appts. I had to call my bank and dispute the transactions.

I’m so sorry to hear that Woof Gang in Dublin has closed! Our papillon loved Cammie and Alex Although our pupper is not a fan of other dogs, and is very anxious at a grooming facility, they understood and were so very sweet and understanding with him. I’ve known Cammie for almost a decade, and she is a great manager. She is a pro regarding dog nutrition, temperament, training and grooming.
