I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’m honestly very disappointed with my dog’s grooming. This is the second time I’ve brought her in since moving to the South End area while trying to find a regular groomer, and unfortunately this was the worst result she’s ever had. She has been on a consistent 6–8 week grooming schedule her entire life, so I know what to expect, and this fell far below that standard. My puppy has a rather difficult temperament and has his boundaries, but the staff at this facility provided excellent service and care. The facilities were very clean and organized. I haven’t been living in the area for very long, but the prices are reasonable for the quality of service they provide.
