This place is very professional and the groomer Clemencia is super sweet, very patient with my pet and very professional! Must take your pet there, you would love how your pet looks!
READ BEFORE BRINGING YOUR DOG HERE! I’m not one to ever leave a bad review. The staff was very sweet, but I’m so disappointed in the haircut my mini Aussie got at this location. I was taking her to the pompano location with the groomer named Vanessa and she did an amazing job, they recently closed so I wanted to give this location a try. The groomer cut my Goldendoodle’s toenails too short. I noticed a little dried blood on one toe when I picked her up. The last groom there I was told her nails didn’t need trimming, but this time they were cut down past the quick. The groomer had left for the day so no recourse at the time. The next morning during her walk she was bleeding from all toes. When I called to report the incident I was very upset. The receptionist showed no concern or compassion about my dog. I love this place. I tried them for the first time to see how I like it. We just moved to Coral Springs and I recommended 100%. The service was amazing. The groomer Mauricio was great. My dog was nice quiet she wasn’t anxious. I recommend to anyone this place
