I really liked going here but last time I dropped my dogs off I got a call a couple hrs later saying that they were charging me for not picking them up. I had been waiting for them to call or text to let me know they were ready. I was told we'll see if we can wave it. When I picked them up was told they weren't going to charge the fee as it was a computer glitch. I'm uncomfortable returning knowing a charge could be put on my bill for something 100% not my fault. Will not be returning.

Not so great. Very young staff. Had an appointment that took two weeks to get. Received a text, telling me there was a walk in, and there would be a delay. Over three hours and it was not worth the wait.

The love and care they showed my senior sweetie was 'pawsome' as they would say 🥰 I prayed that they would be able to make auntie's furbaby all nice and clean and fresh and they did! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting that one on one experience for their furbaby.

Josie is always so welcomed by the staff who is attentive to her needs. Her groomer, Lexie, always does a beautiful job and is so loving with Josie, making sure that Josie doesn’t stress out too much. Thank you for taking care of our sweet girl!
