Amazing experience. Spectacular customer service from a young man named Austin. They were able to get my dogs in for a nail trim right away. This was the best trim job they’ve ever gotten. Austin was very insightful and helpful in helping me choose a dog food to improve my dogs coat. Thank you! Will return.
I recommend this place so highly, my dogs always come out looking so fresh and smell so good! I always go for nail trims but the past few times I’ve done baths. The staff is so amazing Austin and America always help me out by finding cheaper options and by making sure my dogs are taken well care of! They get my fur babies done so fas and give them the cutest bandanas. If you need a place to get grooming, bath or just nail trims this is the place to go and ask for Austin and America to help you out, they are so amazing!
I love this store!!! Every single time I go there I leave feeling uplifted!! Customer service is ALWAYS spectacular!! They are all very knowledgeable, all very friendly and all very helpful!!! The store is immaculate and the way they have it set up is welcoming!! Any questions I may have they have the answer. They also see what I’m interested in and offer solutions and other options that I might like. So far they have been spot on… I look forward to my next visit!!
The people of Wood Gang are always so friendly. They put you at ease. Kristie did a wonderful job with my fur baby even tho she is a hard groom.
I wanted to come on here and say that I talked to Sarah at the front, she was nothing amazing!! I was greeted with kindness, she took an interest in my dogs and we shared stories. Sarah was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb or bad for feeding an (apparently) not the best food. I didnt feel judged at all, instead she gave me great ideas and recommendation to enrich my dogs food on my budget.
