I have to say, most owners take up for their staff and usually make excuses when receiving a complaint. This owner called me and took the time to hear my side, rectify the situation, take ownership and explain the next steps he plans to take moving forward to never have this problem again, all while protecting his team and not throwing anyone under the bus. I really appreciated it, and I will be coming back because of him. Thank you so much.
