Professional and decent price
My baby MYA enjoyed her visit,she got her nails done, and she picked out her new toy, a purple Hippo, and a treat! We will be coming back with her. And the staff was incredibly patient with my fur baby.💜
Ty (the manager) grooms my two Pekingeses. He does an excellent job and is very thorough. I appreciate he takes the time to listen to our preferences for grooming each visit (he does not assume to do the same groom as last time). He’s also very knowledgeable about dogs in general beyond grooming needs. Pricing is extremely fair. More affordable than mobile grooming glad we made the switch. Horrible customer service today, asked a price and she never scan the bag of dog food and told me around $60 to $90. She told me I need to scan the bag and never did. Got a treat for my puppy and she couldn’t find it in her system. I offer to get another one and did not care. I ended up leaving the store empty handed. Please hired people wanting to help and with customer service skills or wanting to work.
