We bring our dog here to get her nails trimmed, which is a walk in service. It’s become more the rule rather than the exception you have to ring the doorbell to have someone come and open the door as their is no staff in the retail area and at the register. Last week, he got there and found someone else standing out front ringing the doorbell trying to get someone to come out. I am now following a pattern from my last post, which was about the groomers themselves. This one is about the company as a whole. We have gone here for both of our dog's grooming. There was a miscommunication with the time of the groomers however my mom still came in anyway and was there. They said because she was not there on time they could not take the dog.
