This was my second time bringing my 8lb Maltese to this business, and unfortunately, it will be my last. While the missed appointment ultimately resulted from my own scheduling error, no effort was made by the shop to contact me on the day of the appointment—no phone call, no text, and no email. The only indication that there was an issue was a $40 charge that appeared on my credit card statement. Incredible job on my grand pup! Ginger was lovely as could be and got us in on a cancellation. we did a mini groom on my son’s mini schnauzer. He looks amazing, wasn’t scared when I left or picked up. Highly recommend!

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to share some feedback. My mother and I have noticed that the front desk area has been quite cluttered every time we come in— with sticky notes, papers, toys, food, boxes and other items scattered everywhere. It gives off a very messy unprofessional impression, which is extremely surprising since the grooming area in the back is always so clean and well-kept. Friendly staff with treats galore for your pups to enjoy after their groom. Groomers are great and never complain if I need a touch-up to the work they've done. They're more than happy to learn over time the way you want your baby groomed. Pups love them and so do I!
