Desire is a great, reliable groomer. We used to go to the Woofgang on Aldrich because we loved the way they groomed our dog, but sadly our groomer would often reschedule us last minute. I'm happy we found this other location. The groomers here are just as amazing and have a much more reliable schedule. Our dog comes out looking gorgeous everytime.
Predatory practices and terrible communication at this location. Be very careful with the Cedar Park Wood Gang — this store is owned by a different franchise owner and runs completely differently than others. They scheduled my appointment right away, rushed me through signing paperwork at the counter, and never explained their “no-show” policy. Everything is buried in fine print. I had a very good experience with South austin location - no complaints. I moved up north and am very disappointed with this woof gang location. I was booked a 2nd appointment without our consent - we specifically told the guy that we did not want to rebook our dogs next appointment since we were not happy with the service provided. We were then charged for full service of $160 because we were a no show for her next appointment (which again we did not book). I was sent a text for the appointment but did not see it. Nice employees but they stopped baking birthday cakes! What a shame. Now I’ll have to drive to Round Rock for my birthday cakes for my pups! Sucks that this franchise owner decided to discontinue the birthday cakes.
