The cashier required a phone number and account to purchase two small dog takes. We refused to provide that information and did not think it was neccesary to make a purchase. Cash and card was offered and both required a phone number.
It was two of ours dogs birthday and so we decided to get them a birthday cake and other items. At checkout they asked for our numbers and given the incredible amount of spam calls these days we said no thank you. Because of this they said they cant sell us the items! PREDATORY MANAGERS LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR INFORMATION ALMOST INVOLUNTARILY. We are huge dog lovers so its their loss, we just made the cake its not that hard.
Highly unprofessional. Booked me for 3pm and when I drove 25 minutes, i was told that they booked me for the next day. I had clearly asked for today. They didn't even apologize for the confusion or miscommunication.
Its a really cool place and a friendly vibe.
